We rent out guest rooms by the night and by the week in our family property, a historic farmhouse on the outskirts of Perpignan.
We have preserved the authenticity of the place and offer you a little journey through time.
You will find many family memorabilia, particularly related to aviation, as this house was inhabited by a former reconnaissance pilot with a passion for aviation who had built up an exceptional collection that was sold in 2019 following the closure of the museum.
The architecture of the house is unique.
An old part dates from 1660.
The rest was added in 1870, at the same time as the buildings across the street.
The farmhouse produced Muscat de Rivesaltes and Rivesaltes and Côtes du Roussillon natural sweet wines until 1992, when winemaking activity ceased.
We welcome you all year round in our five charming guest rooms located on the first and second floors, around a large common living room which gives access to a covered terrace shared by all the residents.
Since this year, the street-side windows have been fitted with double glazing and all our rooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning.
- Room No. 1: Suite with garden view
Entrance hall with single bed, wardrobe/closet and desk . Master bedroom with double bed and desk, large French window with garden view. Private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Possibility of adding a baby bed .
- Room No. 2: Garden side
Large bedroom with double bed and fireplace, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe/closet to store your belongings. Two large glass French doors open onto the garden.
Spacious bathroom with shower, magnificent 2nd Empire cast iron bathtub in perfect condition and sink. Separate toilet.
Ideal room for a business stay: large desk, high-speed Internet access, sheltered from street noise.
- Room No. 3: Terrace side
Large bedroom with desk , double bed and fireplace, storage cupboard and wardrobe, single bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
Possibility of adding a baby bed .
- Room No. 4: Bird Suite
Suite consisting of a master bedroom overlooking the courtyard and garden, with large double bed, fireplace, wardrobe, marble table with chairs and lounge area.
Second bedroom with single beds and sitting area and desk.
Ideal for your family stays.
A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
The second bedroom can be converted into an office upon request for business trips. Very quiet and spacious, it overlooks the living room and the garden.
- Room No. 5 Imperial Suite:
On the second floor with stunning views of the garden.
Very large, very quiet room, work space with large desk, 21" screen, high-speed Wi-Fi connection and sitting area. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Large double bed 160 x 200. Extra bed 80 x 200.
Magnificent framework with exposed beams. Old terracotta floor tiles.
Breakfast included in the price, served on the ground floor in the old kitchen which is over 150 years old.
Free private parking on site.
High-speed Wi-Fi in the rooms and throughout the house.
Possibility of having a drink in the garden or on the terrace, in the afternoon from July 1st to September 30th depending on the weather.
Payment on site in cash or by credit card.
5 minutes from the Perpignan South toll, 30 minutes from Spain, 10 minutes from the center of the world, one hour from the ski slopes, half an hour from Leucate and its oyster farmers, 5 minutes from Lake Villeneuve de la Raho, 20 minutes from Collioure or the Saint Cyprien golf course, 15 minutes from Perpignan Rivesaltes airport.
If you love horses, you only have to cross the street to get to the equestrian center.
We can assist you in preparing your tourist circuits, especially for your cycling tours.

Free parking on site
Free parking reserved for guest rooms is available in front of the house. Parking is available in the garden. A fee is charged for garden maintenance.
Bed linen and towels included
Beds are made, bath mats and towels are provided. Hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Hairdryers are available in each bathroom.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi in rooms and throughout the house
The farmhouse is connected to Bouygues fiber optic internet, and you can access Wi-Fi throughout the house. You'll find the code in your room.
Breakfast in the old kitchen on the ground floor between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.:
Coffee, tea, milk chocolate, hot or cold milk. Water, orange juice. Yogurts, 100% fruit applesauce with no added sugar. Crispy pipelette and super croissant from PENSUET, artisan baker in Villeneuve de la Raho. Sweet or salted butter, jams: apricot, Corsican orange-clementine, strawberry or raspberry. Cereals. Let us know if you have a food intolerance. We will do our best to find a solution.
Miscellaneous :
Access to a shared, south-facing, 35 m² covered terrace on the first floor. You can dine on the terrace by coordinating with your neighbors. Ask us for chairs if needed.
Table d'hôtes by reservation 48 hours in advance: closed outside the summer season or on request for groups of 6 or more.
Meal price: 25.00 per person. Wine and drinks extra.

You will be charmed by the elegant decor of these accommodations.

On the first floor, a large 45 m² bedroom with a large 160 x 200 cm double bed and a fireplace, and a bathroom with a shower and a magnificent 2nd Empire cast iron bathtub. A separate toilet is available. Breakfast is included.
