We rent five guest rooms in our family property, a historic farmhouse on the southern outskirts of Perpignan.
Reception hours: 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
Departure from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM
10 minutes from the Perpignan Sud toll plaza and the city centre.
5 minutes from the Moulin à vent Sports Park and the MEGA CASTILLET complex.
Less than a kilometer from TECNOSUD and AGROSUD.
15 minutes from Perpignan-Rivesaltes airport.
20 minutes from Collioure and half an hour from Spain.
We have preserved the authenticity of the place and offer you a little journey back in time.
You will find many family mementos, particularly related to aviation, as this house was inhabited by a former reconnaissance pilot with a passion for aviation who had built up an exceptional collection, which was sold in 2019 after the museum closed.
The architecture of the farmhouse is unique.
The house was built in 1660 and enlarged in 1870.
The cellar and the production buildings were added at the same time.
The farmhouse produced Muscat de Rivesaltes and Rivesaltes and Côtes du Roussillon naturally sweet wines until 1992, the year winemaking activity ceased.
NEW FOR 2025: we have opened a shared kitchen and dining room on the first floor for the whole house and provide you with a washing machine, a clothesline and irons.
We welcome your pets in rooms 1, 2, 3 and 5. (see option on the website)
Room 4 is reserved for humans due to allergy reasons.

Large bedroom with double bed, fireplace, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe/closet for storing your belongings. Two large French doors opening onto the garden.
Large private bathroom with shower, 2nd Empire cast iron bathtub and washbasin. Separate toilet.
- Bedroom n°3: Terrace side - Reversible air conditioning and double glazing.
Room with desk , double bed and fireplace, storage cupboard and wardrobe, single bed.
Private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
- Room No. 4: Bird Suite - Reversible air conditioning.
Family suite consisting of a master bedroom overlooking the courtyard and garden, with a large double bed, fireplace, wardrobe, marble table with chairs and sitting area.
Second bedroom with three single beds, wardrobe, closet, sitting area and desk.
Private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
Very quiet and spacious, overlooking the living room and garden. Ideal for family holidays.
The second bedroom can be converted into an office upon request for business trips.
No pets allowed in this room.

On the second floor with a breathtaking view of the garden.
Very large, very quiet room, workspace with large desk, 21" screen, high-speed WIFI connection and sitting area.
Large double bed and a single bed 80 x 200.
Private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Magnificent timber frame with exposed beams spanning 6 meters.
Floor made of old terracotta tiles.
The collections are showcased in the large display cases thanks to the installation of new lighting.
Breakfast, free private parking opposite, high-speed Wi-Fi in the rooms and throughout the house.
We welcome you all year round in our five guest rooms, around a large common lounge which gives access to a kitchen, a dining room and a covered terrace shared by all our passengers.
It is also possible to rent the entire floor as a self-catering cottage for groups or families of 10 to 20 people.

Free parking reserved for guest rooms in front of the house. Parking is available in the garden. A fee is charged for garden maintenance.

The beds are made, bath mats and towels are provided. Hand soap, shower gel and shampoo are provided. Hair dryers are available in each bathroom.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi in the rooms and throughout the house
The farmhouse is served by SFR fibre and you can access Wifi throughout the house without a password.
Shared kitchen and dining room
A kitchen and dining room are at your disposal on the first floor.
Breakfast is served between 7:30 and 9:30 in the dining room.
Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, hot or cold milk. Water, orange juice. Yogurt, 100% fruit applesauce with no added sugar. Crispy breadstick and superb croissant from PENSUET, master artisan baker in Villeneuve de la Raho. Sweet or salted butter, jams from Alain MILLIAT: apricot, Spanish blond orange, strawberry, or raspberry, honey, Italian hazelnut spread. Cereals. Please inform us of any food intolerances. We will do everything we can to find a solution
Miscellaneous :
Access to a shared 35 m² covered terrace on the first floor, facing south. You can dine on the terrace by coordinating with your neighbors. Ask us for chairs if needed.
Table d'hôtes by reservation 48 hours in advance: closed outside the summer season or on request for groups of 6 or more.
Open from June 2, 2025.
Meal price: 25.00 per person. Wine and drinks extra.
