We rent guest rooms by the night and by the week in our family property, a historic farmhouse on the outskirts of Perpignan.

Room number 2: garden side
On the first floor, a large 45 m² bedroom with a king-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a fireplace, a bathroom with a shower and a magnificent Second Empire cast-iron bathtub. Separate toilet. Breakfast included.
5 minutes from the Perpignan Sud toll plaza. Free parking on site. A charming, practical and elegant stopover

Free parking on site
Free parking is available for guests of the bed and breakfast in front of the house. Parking is also available in the garden. A voluntary contribution towards garden maintenance is appreciated.
Bed linen and towels included
The beds are made, and bath mats and towels are provided. Hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo are also provided. A hairdryer is available in each bathroom.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi in the rooms and throughout the house
The farmhouse is served by SFR fibre and you can access Wifi throughout the house.
Breakfast is served in the old kitchen on the ground floor between 7:30 and 9:30 AM:
Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, hot or cold milk. Water, orange juice. Yogurt, 100% fruit applesauce with no added sugar. Crispy breadsticks and superb croissants from PENSUET, master artisan baker in Villeneuve de la Raho. Sweet or salted butter, jams from Alain MILLIAT. Apricot, Spanish blond orange, strawberry or raspberry, honey, Italian hazelnut spread. Cereals... Please inform us of any food intolerances. We will do our best to find a solution.
Miscellaneous :
Kitchen, dining room and washing machine shared for all rooms on the first floor.
Clothesline, iron, ironing board provided.
Large shared covered terrace on the first floor, facing south. You can eat your meals on the terrace by coordinating with your neighbors.

Welcome to our cycling friends
Bicycles can be stored in the garden or house. Electric bike batteries can be recharged. A voluntary contribution towards garden and entrance maintenance is requested.
