We rent guest rooms by the night and by the week in our family property, a historic farmhouse on the outskirts of Perpignan.

Room #3: Terrace side:
Beautiful 25 m² bedroom on the first floor with magnificent wallpaper dating from 1965. It includes a desk, a chair, a single bed, a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), a fireplace, a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
A baby cot can be added.

Free parking on site
Free parking reserved for bed and breakfast guests opposite the house. Parking is available in the garden. A voluntary contribution towards garden maintenance is appreciated.
Bed linen and towels included
The beds are made, and bath mats and towels are provided. Hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo are also provided. A hairdryer is available in each bathroom.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi in the rooms and throughout the house
The farmhouse is served by SFR fibre and you can access Wifi throughout the house.
Breakfast is served in the old kitchen on the ground floor between 7:30 and 9:30 AM:
Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, hot or cold milk. Water, orange juice. Yogurt, 100% fruit applesauce with no added sugar. Crispy breadsticks and delicious croissants from PENSUET, artisan baker in Villeneuve de la Raho. Sweet or salted butter, jams: apricot, Corsican orange-clementine, strawberry, or raspberry. Cereals. Please inform us of any food intolerances. We will do everything we can to find a solution
Miscellaneous :
Kitchen, dining room and washing machine shared for all rooms on the first floor.
Clothesline, iron, ironing board provided.
Large shared covered terrace on the first floor, facing south. You can eat your meals on the terrace by coordinating with your neighbors.
